Cancellation Policy for Consultation Services
provided by Lise Battaglia and Recovery Naturally, LLC.
Thank you for choosing our concierge consultation services. We are committed to providing personalized, high-quality coaching and education to support your understanding of the history, philosophy and application of homeopathy throughout it’s 250 year history supporting the wellness goals of millions. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our cancellation and refund policy below, which applies to both in-person and online consultations.
Cancellation and Refund Terms
New Clients
-Credit Card Payments: A full refund, minus a 3% credit card fee, will be issued to the original form of payment for new clients if a cancellation is requested at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Requests must be submitted via email at RecoveryNaturally@outlook.com, by calling (386) 872-7599, or through our scheduling portal at recoverynaturally.com/client.portal.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable, reflecting the significant time and effort invested in preparing customized materials and reserving your appointment slot.

- Ongoing Clients:
Current and ongoing clients may choose either a full refund, minus paid credit card fees , to the original form of payment or a full credit for future sessions if a cancellation is requested at least 24 hours (1 day) prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Requests must be submitted via email at RecoveryNaturally@outlook.com, by calling (386) 872-7599, or through our scheduling portal at recoverynaturally.com/client.portal.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable and ineligible for credit.

- No-Shows:
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notification will result in forfeiture of the full consultation fee, and no refund or credit will be offered for either new or current clients.
We understand emergencies happen, and credit may be offered on a case by case basis.
Repeated no-shows may result in non renewal of services , and no refunds or extensions offered for Strong Start Clients who do not make use of the services.
Nature of Services
Our services are concierge coaching and education focused on exploring holistic, non prescription methods including homeopathy as part of your wellness journey. Payments cover time spent researching, preparing, and conducting, consultation sessions, whether in-person or online.

- We provide individualized attention and tailor our work to your specific goals. However, no specific health or wellness outcomes are guaranteed, as results depend on numerous factors beyond our control. By booking a consultation, you acknowledge this and commit to a collaborative process.
First Session Termination Clause
During the first 20 minutes of your initial consultation, either you (the client) or the homeopath/addiction professional may decide, for any reason, that continuing the session is not suitable. If this occurs:

- Either or both client and homeopath must inform the other of the decision to terminate and offer/request a refund during the session. The session will end immediately, and a full refund of the consultation fee, (minus a 3% credit card fee if paid by credit card), will be issued to the original form of payment, within 4 business days.

- No further bookings will be offered, and both parties agree to part ways amicably with no further obligations.
​
- This clause applies only to the first session and does not extend to subsequent sessions. Refund requests made after the session will not be honored.
Commitment and Terms regarding
Ongoing Coaching & Research
- Continuing with sessions beyond the initial consultation signifies your commitment to a collaborative coaching and education process and acceptance of this cancellation policy.
Each session involves dedicated preparation and follow-up tailored to your needs, and fees reflect this time and expertise. Please note that within the first 30 minutes of the initial consultation, our focus is on understanding your stated concerns and interests.
Our work involves researching the traditional literature of homeopathic materia medica to provide tailored educational insights based on the totality of your case, which often requires time before and after consultation sessions. This process is dedicated to empowering you with coaching, knowledge and personalized research for your recovery and wellness journey.

There is no presumption of subscription or automatic renewal of services beyond the payment of invoices , which serves as request and contract for continuation of services. The client at anytime may choose to not continue, by not paying a new invoice for a monthly, hourly or packaged services. In this way the client chooses the duration of the coaching relationship.

The cancellation policy is a demonstration of mutual respect for client and provider.
This does not apply to partial payments which may be accepted for any service. These partial payment plans are offered as a courtesy and are due according to the terms of any such agreement. NOT paying an installation payment is not an acceptable or recognizable method of service cancellation. Once a service is requested and contracted, the full amount is due as agreed and subject to all terms and stipulations of this Cancellation policy, and the Client acknowledges and agrees to make full payment, and any efforts by Recovery Naturally, LLC or it's agents and expenses incurred in the collection of those fees/debt will be paid by the client.

Non-Delivery and Retroactive Refunds
Service Delivery :
Our services are defined as the provision of time and expertise during consultations, preparation, and follow-up. Once time is allocated or services are rendered, the service is considered delivered, and no refunds or credits will be issued for completed or partially completed sessions.

- No Retroactive Refunds or Credits:
Refunds or credits will not be issued retroactively for services already provided or for time reserved for your appointment.

Completion, Cessation and Pausing of Coaching Services.
​As a collaborative approach would indicate, ongoing discussion and evaluation of the coaching relationship will occur during the in-person/online coaching sessions and completion or pausing of coaching services would be addressed as a matter of course.
​
Should any change or reduction of coaching, education or research services be recommended by the coach outside of the client's intention/wish to continue, out of consideration of the personal nature of the coaching relationship, the coach will make such recommendations within 2 weeks of the next invoicing cycle in order to facilitate a smooth transition . Efforts will be made to connect the client with references for continued coaching support and create a strategic plan for continued and ongoing goal achievement
This does not apply to hourly sessions, as they are booked as needed by the client, and do not carry the same level of in between session- concierge coaching , as described in the levels of service details.

By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy. This policy will be provided in booking confirmations, contracts, or other relevant communications for your review. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in forfeiture of fees or termination of services at our discretion.
