SMS Text Message Program

Recovery Naturally, LLC offers an opt-in SMS program for professionals and clients.

 

Messages may include professional education about using Recovery Naturally modalities, client education, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, customer-care follow-ups, wellness information, and occasional promotional updates.

Individuals enroll after a Recovery Naturally, LLC representative explains the program and the individual confirms that they agree to receive text messages.

SMS messages will not include protected health information, diagnoses, treatment details, medical records, or other HIPAA-sensitive information. Sensitive health information should be exchanged through the secure client portal.

Participants may receive up to 4 text messages per month, depending on their relationship with Recovery Naturally, LLC and the type of communication involved. Message and data rates may apply.
